Ano ba ang mga nangyayari? Kabi-kabila ang problema. Kahit sabihin kong wag kong pansinin ang isa, di ko naman makondisyon ang isip ko na wag na lang. Nadagdagan na naman siguro ang white hairs ko nito! Halo-halong stress...magkakasunod. iba-ibang facets. di pa nga tapos ang isa, nadagdagan pa!

Bakit ba kasi uso sa atin ang crab mentality? Bakit kailangan ma-mersonal? Mabuti siguro kung lahat na lang kami um-attend sa seminar sa Thursday at Friday on “Professionalism”.

Pareho namang sides ang may pagkukulang. Nakita na namin ang sa amin. Eh sila kaya, nakita din kaya nila?

Nagkasundo na lang kaming tumahimik. Pero ang hirap pala. Ako na ang unang-unang bumabali nito. Hindi na nga kami mag-iingay, literally! Pero nahihirapan akong hindi mag-react sa mga naririnig pati na rin sa mga nakukuwento. Wala pa namang personal attack towards me. At least wala pa akong narinig o nalaman, but I’m sure meron. Paano pa nga kaya ako mag-re-react kung ako na yun?
